How to use the Priority Tracker
Signing in
Use the Password tab with your work email, or the Email link tab if you'd rather not use a password. First time signing in with a password? Use "Forgot / set password" — every account starts without one.
Daily priorities
Under Daily Priorities, add as many priorities as you need for each day. The flag icon sends one straight to Team P1s on the Home tab; the calendar icon sets a due date. You can only edit your own ticket unless you're an admin.
Status & due dates
Every priority, P1, and follow-up has Not Started / In Progress / Completed buttons. Due dates and the flag icon help Dennis and the team see what needs attention without a phone call.
Team P1s & Follow-Ups
The Home tab is for anything team-wide — it doesn't need to be tied to a specific day or person. Follow-ups can hold several related items under one owner and due date.
KPIs
Admins and Executives see everyone's KPIs. Everyone else sees only their own — and only once an admin has explicitly shared it. If you don't see the KPIs tab at all, nothing has been shared with you yet.
Admin
Three access levels: Admin can edit every ticket, manage the KPI roster, and see this tab. Executive can view every KPI but can't edit anything. Member can edit only their own ticket, and sees KPIs only once an admin has shared them. You can't change your own access here — ask another admin, or use the SQL Editor if you're the only one.
